Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These terms govern use of Comply Correct, operated by Correct Group Ltd. By signing in or using the platform you accept them. Where your organisation has a separate written agreement with Correct Group, that agreement prevails over these terms.

The service

Comply Correct is a compliance management platform: it helps organisations implement, maintain and evidence management systems (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Cyber Essentials Plus, UK GDPR, NIST CSF and similar). It supports — but does not replace — professional judgement, formal assessment or certification, which remain matters for your organisation and its certification body.

Access

Access is by invitation from Correct Group or from your organisation's administrator, using your organisation's Microsoft or Google account. You must keep that account secure and use the platform only on behalf of the organisation that granted you access. Suppliers invited to complete questionnaires may use the platform solely for that purpose.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other organisations' data, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use the platform to infringe others' rights. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

Your data

Your organisation's content remains its own. Documents stored in your organisation's connected storage remain in that storage under its control. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and, for client organisations, in the data processing terms of their agreement with Correct Group.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability in respect of the platform is limited as set out in the applicable client agreement or, in its absence, to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to client organisations. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
